At the ultrasound yesterday they identified a mass near my right ovary and confirmed this as an ectopic pregnancy. I spent the afternoon in the ER waiting to be administered the methotrexate shot. I'm on CD 22 (I don't know when/if I ovulated, but we had sex on CD 12, 15, and 17-19). EWCM cleared up yesterday. Just found out I'm pregnant! I'm ecstatic, and we've been trying for almost 2 years! I had an ectopic and my tube removed about a year and a half ago and I'm so terrified :(

So basically, has anyone had an ectopic pregnancy, and then a baby afterward? Any positive words will be greatly appreciated.

When I found out I was pregnant (I was 5 weeks, now I'm 7 weeks), they did a ultrasound and I saw the little booger plainly in my uterus. But on my paper from the doc it says " Ectopic pregnancy cannot be fully excluded". Um isn't an ectopic pregnancy anywhere but the uterus? I started spotting lightly last night didnt think nothing of it and went to sleep. Woke up went to work and around 10:30 started bleeding a little bit more with light cramps so I decided to go to the hospital.
